Spring Market 2026
The deets
Where: Sandy Springs, GA
When: April
Table Cost: $50 (2x8 table)
Attendance: estimated 300
The venue
The market is inside Battle and Brew, a video game and tabletop gaming restaurant and bar. It’s a tight space with lots of activities happening at the same time. There were at least five groups there to play ttrpgs for multiple hours. Table space was made up of what available tables they have, so we had two smaller tables that put together made up a large surface.
The market
This was a small indoor market with only 12 vendors. We know there was a crazy long waitlist and they prioritized vendors with stuff that appeals to the video game, card game, and ttrpg crowd.
The audience
Audience was mostly adults with some older teens, but definitely people who are into gaming and ttrpgs.
The sales
This has been our best performing show this year, we made over 7.5x our table expense. We had a total of 16 sales with an average purchase of $25.62.
For this 1-day event our total time investment was 5 hours of active vending and 1.5 hours of combined set-up and break-down time (total of 6.5 hours).
Items that sold the best were stickers, small prints, and our bigger ticket items like blankets and journals. Purchases were predominately made using card instead of cash.
Pros
Great food and drinks with a discount for vendors
Easy load-in with free parking
Friendly staff who were readily available and visible
Cons
Space is pretty tight, and some tables were facing weird directions
Low foot traffic, though those that were there were expecting to spend money
Limited set-up time, so if you have a massive set-up you might have trouble being ready in time for the event’s start
